World Protest Song Day (organized by Slachthuis Haarlem in collaboration with Haarlem Vinyl Festival) places great importance on the protection of your personal data and respects your privacy.

When you contact us, register for a program component, or participate in activities such as the Activism Design Challenge, we may process the following data:

  • Inform you about your participation or provide updates regarding the program

  • If you have given consent: keep you informed about future editions

Retention period

Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For temporary activities (such as competitions), data will be deleted within 3 months after the event ends.
